They are exactly as described though from the inside they didn’t properly sew it/cut the excess fabric. When I washed them, they house itself was able to stand again. The floors have this foam on the inside that had to be repositioned after washing them. I bought in sizes 31×31 and 36×36, although i think they are counting the outside of the house and not the inside. The floors measure 28×28 and 31x31respectively. The bottom is somewhat slip resistant. SHIPPING WAS VERY FAST! Didn’t expect until December but they came in about two weeks!
